608 Massage Therapy

A natural approach to better health

I used to view massage as simply a relaxing service and not necessarily as a health benefit until I found Tim Tilton!  With 25 years of experience, he is more than qualified and the BEST massage therapist that I have encountered!

As a competitive bodybuilder, I am breaking down muscle, battling muscle soreness, joint pain, fatigue and sometimes injury and limitations.  Tim specializes in many massage therapy techniques and has been able to effectively address EVERY issue I’ve had.  The MANY benefits his massages have provided me have been increasing blood flow, circulation, oxygen, and nutrients to my muscles which aid in faster muscle recovery allowing me to train harder and more frequently, optimizing my performance in the gym and improving my daily mobility.

I remember asking Tim if massage would “help my muscles grow” …we laugh about that now, but I firmly believe that Tim’s various massage techniques, fit to my needs, have indeed contributed to my recent overall win and earning of my OCB Pro Card in the Women’s Master Physique category.  Thank you, Tim, and 608 Massage!

Swedish Massage

Therapeutic Swedish Massage

An Ancient Science

Like other types of massage therapy, a Swedish massage is promoted as a way to temporarily alleviate pain and help you relax. If you're looking for short-term pain relief and temporary relaxation, you can benefit from a Swedish massage. Long-term effects on pain and anxiety may possibly be achieved with regular sessions.

Aromatherapy Oil Massage

Natural Healing

Aromatherapy is the practice of using essential oils for therapeutic benefit. Aromatherapy has been used for centuries. When inhaled, the scent molecules in essential oils travel from the olfactory nerves directly to the brain.

Trigger Point Therapy

Trigger Point Therapy

Guiding you on your way to recovery

Trigger point therapy is a type of massage that targets hypersensitive areas or knots in the muscle tissue. These trigger points can cause pain and discomfort in the affected muscle or in other parts of the body due to the nervous system connection. Trigger point therapy can help treat chronic muscle pain related to injury, stress, or inflammation. This treatment involves applying pressure to the triggered areas and slowly allowing them to release.

Prenatal Massage

Give your body what it deserves

Expecting mothers must be at least 12 weeks along. Massage during pregnancy enhances the function of muscles and joints, improves general body tone, increases circulation and relieves mental and physical fatigue.

Hot Stone Therapy

Reach your inner Zen

Hot Stone massage is a unique type of massage session. This will help relax and ease tense muscles and improve circulation. The basalt river rocks are heated and maybe placed on different points of the body to help you enter a deeper sense of relaxation.

Cupping Massage

Time to let go of all that tension

Vacuum cupping therapy is a modern take on an ancient healing method that may ease trigger pointed areas that can relieve muscle pain, headaches and other issues. It uses suction to pull on your skin and can increase blood flow to the affected areas.

Feel good every day

This treatment is a fully clothed, face-up service, which typically lasts 30 to 45 minutes with periods of pause during the session to allow your body to release the tension in the bones, joints, and soft tissue. Afterward, you may feel lighter, freer, energized, and more in tune with yourself.
